GPS Location: Collected to restrict login access to a predefined geographical area.

We do not collect any other personal, biometric, or sensitive information.

Email: To create and manage user and employee accounts.
Location: To ensure the user logs in from an allowed area configured by the admin.

3. Permissions We Request

INTERNET, NETWORK STATE	For network connectivity and meeting access
CAMERA	Capturing Image
READ/WRITE STORAGE	For saving reports or uploading files
FINE/COARSE	To capture user's GPS coordinates for login area restriction

4. Location-Based Login

We store GPS location coordinates to restrict login access to specific areas. This prevents attendance fraud and ensures users are within the allowed physical premises.

5. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from within the app:

Go to the Settings screen
Tap the Delete Account button

This will remove your email and associated data from our servers permanently.

7. Data Security

Your email and location data are securely stored and protected from unauthorized access using best practices.

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
